The Association of Graduates has recently learned of the death of Col (Ret) Isaac S. "Ike" Payne, IV, CS-22 class of 1963. Colonel Payne passed away on 19 Oct 2018 in Albuquerque, NM.

A funeral service will be held on 7 Nov 2018 at 1100 hours at the USAFA Cadet Protestant Chapel with inurnment following at the USAFA Cemetery. A reception will immediately follow the service at the AOG building, Doolittle Hall; 3116 Academy Dr; USAFA, CO 80840; (719) 472-0300.
