The Association of Graduates has recently learned of the death of Maj Gen (Ret) Lawrence E. Day, CS-03 class of 1963. General Day passed away on 17 Jul 2019 in Cape Neddick, ME. Visitation will be held on 24 Jul 2019 from 1500-1800 hours at the Lucas & Eaton Funeral Home; 91 Long Sands Rd; York, ME 03909; (207) 363-3531; www.lucaseatonfuneralhome.com. A Funeral Mass will be said on 25 Jul 2019 at 1300 hours at St. Christopher's Catholic Church; 4 Barrel Ln; York, ME 03909; (207) 363-4177. Burial will be private in First Parish Cemetery, York, ME.
