Gone, but Not Forgotten

The following classmate is Gone, but not Forgotten. What follows on this page is information received when notified of the death.


The U.S. Air Force Academy Association & Foundation has recently learned of the death of Lt. Col. (Ret.) John M. Halligan, CS-24, Class of 1963. Col. Halligan passed away on Nov. 1, 2025, in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

A memorial service with full military honors will be held in the spring of 2026, at the Western Carolina Veterans Cemetery, Black Mountain, North Carolina.
