Retired from USAF: 1984
Worked for Boeing from 1984 - 1999:
1984 - 1987: Proposal executive summary writer (incl. Space Station)
1987 - 1999: Propulsion Design Engineer (rocket scientist, if you will)
As science fiction author, have written two novels and several shorter works (if you're really interested, check Wikipedia€"but the article contains some errors)
Current major activities: writing computer software, hiking up mountains, tutoring grandchildren in advanced algebra, geometry, world history and pre-calculus.
Current minor activity: trying to turn Hank Hoffman into a grownup; it's a work in progress.
