The U.S. Air Force Academy Association & Foundation has recently learned of the death of Maj. (Ret.) Leo F. Donahue, CS-17, Class of 1963. Maj. Donahue passed away on Nov. 22, 2025, in Gold River, California.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on June 4, 2026, at the USAFA Community Chapel, 5134 Cathedral Dr. USAF Academy, Colorado. Burial will immediately follow at the USAFA Cemetery, 3024 Parade Loop, USAF Academy, Colorado.
