The Association of Graduates has recently learned of the death of Lt Col (Ret) David Dougan, CS-07 class of 1963. Lt Col Dougan passed away on 19 Dec 2013 in Honolulu, HI.
Private services were held at the time of his death.
His family had suggested that donations be made in his memory to the St. Francis Hospice; St. Francis Healthcare System of Hawaii; PO Box 29700; Honolulu, HI 96820.
