The U.S. Air Force Academy Association & Foundation has recently learned of the death of Col. (Ret.) Donald W. Neff, CS-13, Class of 1963. Col. Neff passed away on July 31, 2026, in Frisco, Texas.
There will be no service or celebration of life, in accordance with Don's wishes. Instead, the family requests that you continue to carry his memory with you and celebrate the amazing life he lived every day.
