The Air Force Academy Association of Graduates & Foundation have recently learned of the death of Col. (Ret.) Richard O. Troy, CS-04, Class of 1963. Colonel Troy passed away on March 15, 2025, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on April 4, 2025, at the Sullivan Funeral Home, 51 N. Enola Dr., Enola, Pennsylvania.
